Casa Raphael Palace Hotel in Roncegno was built in the late 1800s and over the years has undergone numerous expansion, modernization and reconstruction interventions that have
led to an increase in structural, plant and distribution interference. The main constraints that have arisen derive from the historicity of the places which mean that compliance with fire prevention regulations does not marry with the needs of inalterability of the property of a listed historic building. In particular, for some prestigious rooms on the ground floor (ballroom, dining room, breakfast room, fireplace room and painting room), there was a lack of fire resistance of the roofing structures and the presence of non-existent wooden cladding. classified. We then proceeded to simulate fire scenarios with a greater possibility of occurrence, using the FSE (Fire Safety Engineering) simulation.
