APPM is LEED v4 NC certified SILVER level

The project for the new headquarters of the Provincial Association for Minors (A.P.P.M.) has achieved the LEED v4 NC SILVER level.

The functional needs and the desire to obtain a sustainable building, which respects the Minimum Environmental Criteria, has led to the adoption of different solutions capable not only of increasing the energy performance of the structure, but also of guaranteeing excellent building quality.

A “smart” building full of innovations, capable of making it attentive to energy saving and people’s comfort. The building has been able to enhance the delicate site of Trento, which was now in disuse, enhancing it and becoming part of a smart city.
